Application process and requirements
AIESEC has a 5-step process: 1. Selection and Application – after joining and understanding AIESEC, each application will be assessed by a review board of professionals. Individuals will be selected based on their education, skills, language certifications and leadership experience. 2. Matching - Each profile will be entered into an on-line database and individuals will be trained on how to search for jobs that suit their profile. AIESEC will support participants throughout this process to help them find the most suitable job. 3. Preparation – Once participants have accepted a company's offer, AIESEC provides resources, training, and support to prepare them for living and working abroad. They help with logistical details from visa processing to cultural preparation. 4. Integration – AIESEC members in the participant's host chapter provide support and assistance in getting them set up while providing opportunities for individuals to participate in cultural, volunteer and social activities. 5. Re-Integration – AIESEC supports participants in the readjustment process when they return home.
