Youth International: Gap Semesters in Asia and South America
Established in 1997, Youth International is a leading program provider in international experiential learning. Programs are offered in Asia (Nepal, India, and Thailand) and South America (Bolivia, Peru, and Ecuador), with start dates in September and February. Backpack with a small group of peers and two leaders for three months, exploring the culture through a wide variety of activities: volunteer work, home stays with local families, trekking, and adventure travel. Challenge your limits with Youth International!
Youth International’s mission is to open the doors for young adults to discover a broader perspective on the world while developing a deeper understanding of themselves and their place within the world. Developing more personally and socially aware future leaders, Youth International also hopes to take small steps toward bridging the gap between people of different nations and making the world a better, more peaceful place.
