Fantastisk Allerede: Kari Bremnes

Label: KIRKELIG KULTURVERKSTED

A singer for more than 30 years, Norway’s Kari Bremnes releases the latest two-CD collection of her best work to date. As a whole, the first CD is a quieter set of songs that features a variety of pop, new age, fusion, and classical elements. The second CD is a continuation of hits, but more focused on pop and light rock. All of the songs are in Norwegian except for the English lyrics of ‘Montreal’. Upbeat favourites include ‘Sangen Om Ka Ho Anna Dromte Om’ and ‘Passelig Dose’. Kari’s voice resonates with influences from notable European singers, including Francoise Hardy, Carla Bruni and Anna Vissi.

Extensive liner notes in Norwegian are included.
