Verge Magazine: Volunteer abroad, work and travel, study abroad

As a volunteer or part owner, we are looking for people to bring their talents in website building/marketing, teaching skills, yoga, self defense, language, cooking, permaculture, sustainable design, architecture, construction, surfing, art, backgammon, poker, writing, history, environmental science, business, gardening, counseling, philosophy (and more!) to create a learning/vacation experience by the beach in Playa Grande Costa Rica. We have an existing surf camp with 6 rooms each with bathrooms, 2 office spaces and a restaurant space. We need volunteers and small investment partners to share ownership. We are offering 1 share of ownership for $2000-, but practically speaking 10% ownership share will be the minimum, but maybe not depending on you and your talents. We are more interested in what we can create together then gaining money from you.
